Led by Louis and Shawn Tucker, CNHP, this group begins Tuesday, February 11th at 6:30 pm. The group will meet for 12 weeks through April 28th in the church kitchen and Fellowship Hall. The Lord has given us instructions for all areas of life through His Holy Word, and we believe it is God's desire for us to be healthy, both spiritually and physically, so we can run the race He has set before each of us.
